I am a happy camper. Paul and Anthony were very patient with me and very kind. I have to tell you about the little Honda I bought because I had started a new job and didn't trust my old car. I always liked big cars and since I got the Honda, I hated to go to the shore or anywhere else. Don't get me wrong, it's a great car, but so small and uncomfortable.
 
Through the years I tried to buy another car, but the salesmen were just so forceful and rude. I couldn't think straight so I would walk out. Paul really made me feel comfortable and he really knew his cars. He never pressured me, what a patient and smart man. Anthony was very kind with my silly questions. I will always buy my furture cars from Gearhart Chevrolet. 
I was crying on the way home because I was so thankful. I just wanted to share my heartfelt thanks and thank you also for your kindness

Dear Gearhart Chevrolet Family: 
 
My husband, Gene, and I are just so very happy with our 2010 Chevy Cobolt SS Turbocharged vehicle.  It's a dream come true for Gene as he's been wanting one for a few years and through your sincere efforts it materialized.  The professionalism, the persistence, and the kindness that was shown to us by all of you will always be remembered and appreciated! 
 
We, Gene and I, started searching the internet for the SS and what we did  was to eventually contact six, yes six, dealerships in the area.  Gearhart Chevy won out over the other five dealerships because of their professional and caring attitude towards us as brand new customers.  Diana, the internet manager, was very kind and thorough with her communication always answering questions that we had had.  Through Diana's persistence and caring we then made an appointment to meet the sales manager, Anthony, who also showed much professionalism and knowledge regarding the SS.  (He also is well versed with other vehicles)!  He spent about an hour just talking to us and answering the questions we had which, of course, were many!!  At the end of our conversation he told us to think about it and get back to him at our convenience. 
 
There was NO PRESSURE which is what I prefer.  I dislike having anything jammed down my throat especially something as serious as purchasing a brand new car!  We also had the opportunity to meet the owner, Judy Tilton, who also showed interest in us as new customers.  She appeared to be down to earth, pleasant, and most of all grateful to us that we chose to visit Gearhart Chevy over any other dealership.  Needless to say, we purchased Gene's dream car and feel as if we've made new friends along the way.  We also dealt with two other gentlemen, David, our salesman and Marc, the business manager who once again showed professionalism and a truly genuine attitude. 

As Gene often says to me "IF IT WEREN'T FOR DIANA I DON'T THINK THIS SITUATION WOULD HAVE EVER COME TO FRUITION"!!  So, to Diana and the rest of the crew we, Gene and I, sincerely thank you so very much for your positive attitude and genuine efforts in permitting this wonderful deal to materialize!!  May God bless each and every one of you and may your business prosper greatly in the coming years!!

I just wanted to let you know that I just completed the GM Customer satisfaction survey online and in the comment part at the end I put in a comment about how wonderful and helpful you have been towards me since the first day I contacted Gearhart about my Camaro purchase.  I really do appreciate how you ALWAYS make a big effort to help me out with my questions or concerns.  You're a sweetheart and you played a big part about my satisfaction with my Camaro purchase.  I feel bad that I failed to tell you that in person.  You take such a big interest in vehicles and helping others be happy about their purchase.  I just want to thank you again for ALL that you've done for me. You really do a great job at Gearhart...........you're the BEST.

I would like to compliment David Rose for his assistance in the purchase process of our vehicle.  We’ve met a lot of dealers and sales representatives over the past week. David did an incredible job “listening” to us and working with us through the process.  He held our hands until we drove away.  We will definitely recommend your dealership but especially David!

I'm new to Gearhart with my Saturn. I'm sure many people take the time to complain but less take the time to acknowledge great customer service.
 
After recently spending over $3,000 to service my vehicle, I wasn't a very happy camper and that's putting it mildly. Mary Keller handled a very difficult customer (me) with understanding and listened to me bellyache and complain without losing her composure or patience. Her sense of humor and professionalism made my experience a little more palpable and diffused the situation. What she does she does very well.
